The Gulfstream III (or G-III), a business jet produced by Gulfstream Aerospace, is an all-weather, long-range, high speed aircraft powered by two Rolls-Royce Spey turbofan engines with thrust reversers. The improved Gulfstream III followed Gulfstream American's purchase of Grumman's GA lines. Changes compared with the G-II include a revised wing of greater span and area with drag reducing winglets, more fuel tankage and thus range, and a 97cm (3ft 2in) fuselage stretch.
